Product Designer - AI-Driven Wealth Management

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Designer to join our innovative team at Titan, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of wealth management through AI. This Product Designer position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a mission-driven company that aims to democratize financial advisory services.

What You'll Do

• Design complex, multi-step consumer flows across mobile and web platforms.
• Transform complicated logic and multi-step decisions into clear and intuitive user journeys.
• Own design work end-to-end: from problem definition to UX, UI, and shipped product.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Pay attention to details around states, errors, and potential user confusion points.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, usage data, and real-world behavior.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience focused on consumer products.
• Strong foundation in design thinking, craft, and execution.
• Proven experience designing complex workflows with multiple steps and conditions.
• Comfortable designing products with high cognitive load while reducing friction without oversimplifying.
• Solid mobile experience (iOS/Android); consumer mobile design is required.
• Experience working on small teams where designers are close to decisions and outcomes.
• Product-oriented mindset: you care deeply about how the system works, not just how it looks.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer products.
• Experience designing AI-powered user flows (multi-step, conversational, or agent-like workflows).
• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces with evolving requirements.
