About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer to join our dynamic team at Monks. This remote position offers the opportunity to create stunning visuals that elevate our digital marketing efforts. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and engaging content that resonates with audiences across various platforms.
What You'll Do
- Edit and animate campaign and social content for high-profile brands.
- Design and animate titles, end cards, and accompanying graphics for multiple platforms.
- Generate original content from scratch and adapt provided assets for social media posts.
- Collaborate closely with art directors to conceptualize creative solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest design and animation techniques.
- Adapt campaign assets, including logo preparation, retouching, and color grading.
- Light editing and file export according to specifications.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency advertising experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) is a must.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Strong typography, layout, and design skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
