About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Strategy Manager to join Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This remote opportunity allows you to define and lead the strategic marketing vision for Fever’s largest and fastest-growing markets: the US, Canada, and LATAM. As a Senior Marketing Strategy Manager, you will shape how our premium experiences reach millions of consumers, combining strategic depth, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.
What You'll Do
- Set the end-to-end marketing strategy for the US market, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth across a broad portfolio of high-impact experiences.
- Lead multi-channel digital strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent performance and scalable growth.
- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams, including performance marketing profiles, creatives, and cross-functional project leads.
- Work cross-functionally with the Business Strategy team to define strategies that maximize regional growth.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product to ensure a unified and high-impact marketing approach.
- Oversee and optimize large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across channels and verticals.
- Own strategic planning and forecasting, supporting revenue growth and market penetration goals.
- Leverage advanced data insights to guide decision-making, uncover opportunities, and continuously refine marketing models.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with deep expertise in Meta and proven performance across Google, TikTok, and other digital ecosystems.
- Strong background in leading senior teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success designing and executing large-scale marketing strategies with direct business impact.
- Highly analytical, with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-oriented decision-making.
- Executive communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams effectively.
- Native/bilingual English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Solid academic background in business or a related discipline.
- Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer tech preferred.
