About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy for our clients, driving growth and ensuring the success of digital marketing initiatives. What You'll Do

• Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of marketing specialists, content creators, and campaign managers to achieve optimal performance.
• Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
• Present marketing insights and performance reports to leadership and clients, showcasing the value of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with multiple client accounts or in agency environments is highly desirable.
