About the Role

As a vital member of our Growth team, you will play a key role in enhancing partner relationships and driving growth within our platform. This Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist (English/Spanish) remote position allows you to work flexibly while making a significant impact on our community and the environment.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main contact for a portfolio of partner stores, focusing on relationship building and retention.
• Utilize data analysis to enhance partner performance and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless partner journey.
• Drive store portfolio success through effective communication via phone, email, and text.
• Conduct performance analysis based on KPIs to identify growth opportunities and improve partner experience.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure successful onboarding of new partners.
• Support projects aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs) with guidance from management.
• Work closely with internal teams to address partner needs and communicate feedback for operational improvements.
• Provide coverage for other partner managers and assist with team projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data analytics tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who is eager to learn and contribute ideas.
