Growth & Performance Marketing Associate - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Associate to join Kranus Health, a rapidly growing digital health company focused on patient-centered products in urology and gynecology. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a top-notch performance marketing machine from the ground up, with real ownership and measurable impact on the company's growth. As a Growth & Performance Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for driving online growth and scaling our marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

• Develop and scale Kranus Health's online growth engine from 0 to 10, managing the entire performance marketing KPI stack including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and more.
• Oversee end-to-end responsibility for P&L and patient acquisition in a complex regulated environment.
• Continuously optimize the entire funnel: creatives, landing pages, tracking, iteration, and scaling.
• Plan, implement, and scale patient acquisition through Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other effective channels.
• Utilize AI agents and online tools to enhance marketing strategies and solve problems pragmatically.

Requirements

• A structured academic background (e.g., engineering, business, mathematics, natural sciences, or computer science).
• 1-2 years of experience in a performance-oriented environment with a proven track record of building marketing channels from scratch.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and conducting weekly experiments/tests.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and dashboarding tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach to data-driven decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience in building paid channels from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience with funnels and landing pages.
• Proficiency in creative tools like Canva or Figma.
