What You'll Do

• Own performance across social, email, and video-driven acquisition channels as a Senior Marketing Manager remote.
• Evaluate, select, and manage external agencies and contractors to enhance marketing efforts.
• Launch and optimize campaigns with a primary focus on revenue growth, ensuring high creative standards.
• Oversee email strategy and execution, improving campaign quality, segmentation, and performance.
• Monitor and improve brand presence across platforms like Reddit and Trustpilot.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Figma to identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
• Leverage emerging tools, including AI and automation, to enhance marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in video performance marketing across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Ability to operate as both a strategist and executor, with strong creative judgment.
• Excellent communication skills to work directly with executive leadership.
• Experience in SEO & SEM is a plus.
