About the Role

Join us as a Senior Marketing Manager in the healthcare sector, where you'll lead impactful marketing strategies remotely. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness and customer acquisition across our services.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement robust marketing strategies for our residential, care in the home, and case management divisions.
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full customer journey.
  • Coordinate and manage external agency partners and support functions.
  • Create, manage, and maintain marketing assets, external communications, and initiatives tailored to our target audiences.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of industry events, awards, sponsorships, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Business Development and Operations teams, to support revenue growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance KPIs, identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Track and control marketing budgets to ensure alignment with approved plans and measurable ROI.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional marketing qualification).
  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within healthcare or social care sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering strong multi-channel marketing strategic plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, adaptable, and proactive, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical and data-driven, using insights to guide decisions.
  • Collaborative and influential, able to build trusted relationships at all levels.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Previous line management experience.
