Senior Marketing & Enablement Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Enablement Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead marketing initiatives that drive engagement and support our mission to address the global water crisis. As a Senior Marketing & Enablement Manager remote, you will collaborate with a passionate team to develop and implement strategies that enhance donor journeys and optimize fundraising efforts.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals.
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and direct mail, to engage our donor base.
• Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance and inform future marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Lead training and enablement initiatives for team members to enhance their marketing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on enablement and project management.
• Proven track record in nonprofit marketing and fundraising.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare technology or digital health marketing.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting.
