What You'll Do

  • Lead on-chain data analysis using advanced SQL to query L1 data and track real-time protocol events.
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for marketing attribution, bridging off-chain social clicks to on-chain conversions.
  • Build real-time performance dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Implement AI and social intelligence strategies using Kaito for sentiment analysis and data collection.
  • Conduct predictive modeling using Python or R to forecast market trends and user behavior.
  • Map the full user journey from social impressions to on-chain actions, enhancing marketing strategies.
  • Analyze KOL and creator ROI to optimize user onboarding and retention.
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to improve content and copy across various platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics within DeFi or L1/L2 ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in marketing operations, including familiarity with Headless CMS, Google Analytics, and SEO tracking.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL for querying on-chain data.
  • Deep understanding of prediction market mechanics and the current KOL landscape in Crypto.
  • Ability to pivot strategies based on real-time signals and market feedback.
