About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Thales. This remote position offers you the chance to contribute to innovative solutions in the defense and security sector. You will play a pivotal role in the development, integration, and testing of advanced radar systems, ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Lead the industrialization of new products, ensuring the implementation of best manufacturing practices.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes, focusing on mechanical integration and assembly.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and implement manufacturing requirements and standards.
• Conduct DFx analyses to optimize product solutions and enhance process robustness.
• Oversee the performance and maturity of manufacturing processes, contributing to long-term operational excellence.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial processes, particularly in mechanical engineering and surface treatments.
• Proven expertise in mechanical processes such as precision machining, welding, and cable assembly.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maturity frameworks (MRL), AMDEC Process, and DFx methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues in a production environment.
