About the Role

Twilio is hiring a full-time Senior Manager, R&D Finance to join our innovative team. This Senior Manager, R&D Finance remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Canada while leading financial strategies that drive our research and development initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our projects and ensuring that our investments align with our strategic goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning and analysis for R&D projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support R&D initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
