About the Role

Are you an insights-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity in the charity sector? In this pivotal role, you will manage a team responsible for delivering effective digital marketing campaigns that support our fundraising and brand initiatives. This Senior Digital Marketing Manager position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact while working in a hybrid environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of 4 direct reports to ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our media agency and fundraising colleagues to execute all digital marketing efforts, including paid search, display, paid social, and video.
  • Test and pilot new fundraising products and propositions in-house using a structured test-and-learn approach.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, providing strategic advice on project management.
  • Oversee resource allocation and the delivery of campaigns and projects with internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize competing demands effectively to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning multi-channel campaigns across paid social, paid search, video, and display.
  • Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta) with a willingness to explore emerging channels like TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of search marketing's role within an integrated digital strategy, with experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and the Google Display Network.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

  • Experience in the charity or nonprofit sector.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
