Senior Manager, Product Design - AI Focused

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to join our team at Netomi. This remote position offers you the opportunity to shape the design direction for cutting-edge AI-centric features that will transform customer experiences for some of the largest global brands.

What You'll Do

• Lead design initiatives by researching, conceiving, wire-framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for our platform.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to existing and new functions and features based on hands-on user research.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to understand requirements and develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes.
• Translate concepts into wireframes and high-quality design deliverables to be used by the engineering team.
• Work with developers to address design implementation challenges and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions using a user-centered design approach.
• Rapidly test and iterate your designs based on user feedback.
• Act as a UX mentor and guide to current and future UX designers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience working as a UX designer, with 4+ years in B2B SaaS products/platforms.
• 5+ years of experience working on AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI related products.
• Proficient in interaction design, user testing, and user research techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and oral.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.
• Experience with UX project planning tools such as Jira, Trello, and Monday.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple design and development teams across different time zones.
• UI experience in building and maintaining a design library of components.
