Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team at BetterHelp, the world’s largest online therapy service. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead our lifecycle marketing efforts, ensuring that we effectively engage with our employer-sponsored and EAP-covered populations. You will play a crucial role in evolving our end-to-end engagement strategy, from awareness to retention, while working in a supportive environment that prioritizes employee well-being.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end engagement strategy for employer-sponsored and EAP-covered populations.
• Lead full-funnel lifecycle strategy from awareness to retention.
• Design segmentation strategies for employer-provided employee lists.
• Develop awareness and activation campaigns to build trust and communicate value.
• Optimize messaging cadence and channel mix to drive engagement.
• Define KPIs across the full funnel to measure performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with employer needs.
• Ensure communications meet privacy regulations.
• Build automated nurture journeys for employee engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing and lead experimentation strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or engagement marketing.
• Experience in B2B2C models, ideally in healthcare or subscription-based services.
• Strong expertise in segmentation and marketing automation platforms.
• Deep analytical mindset and experience with performance data.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
• Understanding of privacy, compliance, and responsible marketing practices.
• Experience managing employer-provided audience lists is a plus.
