Senior Manager, Global Equity - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity - Remote to lead our equity programs and stock plan administration. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the employee experience through effective equity management and compliance strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure global regulatory compliance and optimize our equity offerings.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the administration of global equity programs, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP.
• Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement through equity offerings.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of equity programs and make data-driven recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the employee experience related to equity compensation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in equity management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in equity management software such as Shareworks.
• Experience with global mobility and immigration processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software security and application security.
• Familiarity with Kotlin, React, and Next.js.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and planning.
