Senior Manager, Digital Marketing - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to join our team at Sikich. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead and evolve our digital marketing strategy across various platforms, driving brand and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Own and optimize Sikich’s full digital marketing ecosystem, including website(s), MarTech platforms, ABM tools, social media, and email marketing.
• Develop and execute an integrated digital strategy aligned to brand, growth, and pipeline objectives.
• Establish and measure KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to assess performance, insights, and ROI across all digital channels.
• Continuously evaluate emerging platforms, tools, and best practices to keep Sikich at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Oversee website strategy, UX, content governance, and performance optimization.
• Lead MarTech platform strategy and integration (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, personalization, etc.).
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration.
• Lead relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners, ensuring they operate as true partners and extensions of the Sikich team.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of digital marketing experience, with increasing responsibility and leadership scope.
• Experience in professional services, B2B, or multi-service organization required.
• Strong understanding of website strategy, marketing technology stacks, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Experience with WordPress, MS Dynamics CRM, and Marketo is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with operational excellence and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Viewpoint on AI use cases and demonstrated ability to build a roadmap to implementation.
