Senior Manager, Data Science and Revenue Growth - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Data Science and Revenue Growth to join our innovative team at Checkr. This remote position offers you the opportunity to lead two critical missions within Checkr's Data & ML organization. You will own the quantitative backbone of Checkr's revenue and financial data while accelerating growth in our self-serve SMB business through data science and experimentation.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts focused on Revenue and Growth.
• Own the revenue data layer, driving the roadmap for financial data science, including revenue forecasting models and analytical support for pricing strategies.
• Lead the PLG data science initiatives, focusing on experimentation, activation, and conversion analytics to enhance self-serve revenue.
• Collaborate with Finance and Growth leadership, providing quantitative insights that shape strategic decisions.
• Implement AI-powered workflows to automate analytical processes and enhance team efficiency.
• Set and enforce standards for modeling rigor and data quality, ensuring your team's outputs inform board-level financial decisions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Economics, Math, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in data science or analytics roles with a proven track record of impact.
• 3+ years of experience in people management, demonstrating the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in modern ELT/data transformation tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and familiarity with LLMs or agentic systems.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative work to executive audiences effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience applying data science to revenue and growth challenges in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with machine learning and forecasting methods.
