Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in a corporate or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and legal risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in the sports betting or SaaS industry is a plus.
