Senior/​Lead Technical Recruiter - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team at AgileGrid Solutions. This remote position offers the opportunity to influence the company's growth trajectory from an early stage, allowing you to build and manage the entire recruiting process globally.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership roles globally.
  • Develop and execute high-velocity sourcing strategies utilizing creative approaches across communities, open-source platforms, and industry events.
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role profiles, assessment criteria, and employer positioning.
  • Address complex talent challenges through innovative, first-principles thinking and rapid execution.
  • Drive measurable hiring results that directly accelerate company growth and product development.
  • Manage and mentor 1-2 sourcers, maximizing their output and scaling recruitment capacity.
  • Build and enhance DualEntry’s employer brand and candidate engagement strategies from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within high-growth startup environments.
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing top engineering and product talent.
  • Deep understanding of technical sourcing techniques, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics.
  • Practical, fast-paced recruiting approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience in building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems from the ground up.
  • Exceptional work ethic, high agency, and the ability to thrive in a high-trust, high-expectation environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML recruitment.
  • Familiarity with various ATS tools.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
