What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Apply best practices and architectural patterns to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of applications.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve the development process and enhance application functionality.
- Write unit tests, refactor existing code, and work with existing codebases to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on the Java stack.
- Proficiency in Spring, SOA, Angular, and contemporary databases is beneficial.
- Experience with REST APIs and understanding of Scrum methodology.
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of software design patterns and effective development methodologies.
- Experience in writing unit tests and working with Agile teams.

Who Will Succeed Here
Proficient in Java and Spring framework with a strong understanding of building REST APIs, as well as experience in integrating Angular for front-end development, enabling the creation of robust full-stack applications.
Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment, demonstrating the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain productivity without direct supervision, which is crucial for remote collaboration in a Scrum team.
