What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Engage in end-to-end ownership of product features, from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components.
• Utilize cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to build cloud-native applications.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and implement best practices for software development.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities.
• Continuously improve development processes through automation and CI/CD practices.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java Developer, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficient in cloud-native development using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with additional programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Scala, or Kotlin is a plus.
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be based in Sweden with valid citizenship or residency.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in a high-trust, high-performing team.
• Familiarity with Terraform and other infrastructure as code tools.
