Senior IT Project Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our growing organization in a fully remote capacity. This Senior IT Project Manager remote role is ideal for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area who are ready to support complex technology initiatives across ERP, infrastructure, logistics, and enterprise software. You will bring structure, clarity, and forward momentum to fast-moving projects, ensuring that all workstreams are aligned and progressing effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, particularly in ERP (SAP preferred), infrastructure, logistics systems, and enterprise software.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous workstreams to ensure alignment across teams.
• Support remote, distributed project team members across technical and business groups.
• Clarify scope, risks, and expectations in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Provide consistent reporting on status, risks, issues, and delivery progress.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Facilitator) to drive efficiencies in planning, documentation, communications, and workflow automation.
• Build strong partnerships with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of IT project management experience, with a background in ERP (SAP), infrastructure, logistics, or enterprise software projects.
• Experience managing complex project financials and resource plans.
• Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple parallel project tracks.
• Comfortable working with remote teams and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, especially in high-ambiguity environments.
• Proven track record of driving consistent, on-time delivery.
• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools to enhance efficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP or equivalent.
