Senior IT Manager - Cyber Security

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Manager - Cyber Security to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing the management of customer support services and ensuring the integrity of our IT systems. As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for directing large-scale IT projects and providing expert technical guidance in the field of cybersecurity. This position requires a strong understanding of information security policies and practices to maintain operational availability and integrity of enterprise applications, systems, networks, and data.

What You'll Do

• Supervise skilled customer support staff and manage the planning and delivery of IT customer support services.
• Act as the principal technical authority for customer computing requirements for assigned systems.
• Direct large-scale IT projects, ensuring effective management across various disciplines and applications.
• Provide expert guidance on information security policies to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
• Develop procedures and strategies for the delivery of multi-discipline IT services to achieve data and system integration.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and meet security clearance requirements.
• Experience in planning and delivering IT customer support services, including troubleshooting and training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent oral communication skills for briefing management and IT staff.
• Problem-solving skills to address complex IT-related issues.

• Experience in a supervisory role within IT services.
• Familiarity with the Cyber Excepted Service personnel system.
