Senior Intimates Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Intimates Designer to join our dynamic team. This Senior Intimates Designer remote position offers the opportunity to work creatively and autonomously, developing trend-relevant collections in the Lingerie and Sleepwear categories. You will report directly to the Head of Design and play a crucial role in shaping our brand's future.

What You'll Do

• Design seasonal collections for Lingerie (Bras & Panties) and Sleepwear, ensuring alignment with the brand’s DNA and target customer.
• Conduct in-depth trend research on silhouettes, colors, prints, fabrics, trims, and fits relevant to the Intimates category.
• Develop mood boards, concept boards, color palettes, hand sketches, and CADs.
• Create accurate tech packs with construction details, measurements, BOMs, and artwork placements.
• Collaborate with teams such as Merchandising, Sourcing, Buying, and Product Development to ensure designs meet cost, margin, and quality targets.
• Partner with vendors on fabric development, sampling, fit comments, and regular revisions.
• Participate in fit sessions, providing feedback to achieve optimal comfort, fit, and functionality.
• Track sample progress and production timelines to ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure all products meet quality, comfort, and functional standards.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to support range improvement and future collections.
• Stay updated on fabric innovations and sustainable materials.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of relevant design experience within the Intimates space.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or equivalent.
• Experience in retail-focused, high-volume environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of intimate wear construction, fits, grading, and materials.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to translate trends into commercial, scalable designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time and workload management skills.
