Learning and Development Advisor - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to join our team remotely. As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions across our omni-channel Customer Care environment. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR and PCI DSS while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop Customer Care training programs and materials tailored for both new and existing staff.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, including interactive workshops and role-playing scenarios, both in-person and virtually.
- Integrate microlearning and video-based content to enhance skill reinforcement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and reporting training effectiveness.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor customer service metrics to identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop scalable training frameworks for global partners, ensuring consistency in service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Captivate.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
- Project management skills for coordinating multi-location training rollouts.
- Ability to analyze training impact using data and KPIs.
- Experience in training outsourced teams and maintaining service quality standards.
- Adaptability to different working styles and business practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of customer care software and tools.
- Certification in instructional design or training.
