Product Marketing Specialist - eCommerce Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Product Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for the positioning, enablement, and go-to-market strategies for our products, Netvolution and A-Commerce. You will play a crucial part in shaping the messaging and ensuring that our offerings resonate with our target audience.

What You'll Do

• Own the positioning and messaging for Netvolution and A-Commerce, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
• Manage the product website and social media profiles, keeping content fresh and relevant.
• Build and maintain a sales enablement library to support account managers with effective tools and resources.
• Gather customer insights through interviews and analysis to inform product messaging and strategies.
• Support product launches by coordinating go-to-market efforts and ensuring all teams are prepared.
• Monitor market trends and buyer behavior to provide actionable insights that differentiate our products.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in an eCommerce or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape and buyer decision-making processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proven ability to create compelling marketing materials and collateral.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and output quality.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
