About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join Aware Fund, a pioneering venture studio focused on tokenized real-world assets and crypto infrastructure. This Senior Infrastructure Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of innovative financial systems and social good initiatives. You will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and maintaining systems that support our mission to enhance education, upskilling, and social mobility.

What You'll Work On

  • Infrastructure and Reliability: Design and maintain production-grade infrastructure across early-stage products and internal platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud environments.
  • Protocol and Grant Ecosystem Work: Support technical work across major ecosystem grant and governance programs, including Ethereum and Solana grants.
  • RWA Infrastructure Research: Analyze and shape infrastructure related to tokenized real-world assets, including custody infrastructure and compliance layers.
  • Automation and Internal Tooling: Build automation across product and operations, including GitHub automations and internal back-office tooling.
  • Technical Research and Modeling: Develop tools and frameworks that support venture development, such as protocol analysis and financial scenario modeling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields.
  • Strong background in CI/CD design and deployment automation.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and production operations.
  • Familiarity with web3 infrastructure and crypto-native systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace automation and workflow automation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in DeFi infrastructure or tokenized asset systems.
  • Background in structured finance or capital formation.
  • Open-source contributions to crypto or developer infrastructure.
