About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Geetek Global (GABETE) in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and ensuring operational excellence in a growing international company.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee the entire HR function, developing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, compliance, and onboarding processes.
  • Advise management on workforce planning and organizational structure.
  • Handle talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee relations with professionalism.
  • Design and implement performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and global HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a remote or digital environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR management, labor law, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
