Senior Human Resources Generalist - Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team at a leading multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization. As a Senior Human Resources Generalist remote, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing HR strategies that enhance business operations and deliver high-quality HR services.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the development and management of internal HR systems and policies.
• Strategically support various HR functions for the site, including payroll/benefits, training/development, and talent acquisition.
• Maintain employee files within HRIS (preferably SAP and Workday).
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and requirements.
• Lead and/or participate in HR-specific projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP and Workday.
• Certifications such as PHR or SPHR.
• Experience in a non-union manufacturing environment.
