About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our HR strategies and driving organizational success. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement, support talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role.

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
