What You'll Do

  • Utilize data analytics and AI analytics to drive insights and enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent acquisition goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Technology Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology systems, particularly Workday and ATS management.
  • Experience in data analysis and process improvement within HR operations.
  • Proficient in utilizing AI and NLP technologies to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
