About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Sinch, a leader in customer communications. This remote HR Business Partner role offers an exciting opportunity to shape HR strategies and practices across France while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in France, providing strategic HR support and guidance.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Implement global HR initiatives tailored to the French context, ensuring relevance and compliance.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives, aligning the people agenda with business goals.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure seamless HR delivery and high-quality support for employees.
- Ensure compliance with French labor laws and manage employee relations matters effectively.
- Lead the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) activities, including elections and consultations.
- Manage payroll processes and HR administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior HR roles, such as HRBP or HR Manager, within France.
- Strong generalist HR background with expertise in change management and leadership coaching.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead HR initiatives effectively.
- Deep knowledge of French employment law and payroll processes.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with modern HRIS; proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle HRIS.
- Previous experience in international, matrix organizations.
