Senior HR Business Partner - Remote Opportunity

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at B. Braun, a global leader in healthcare solutions. This Senior HR Business Partner remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of improving health worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and supporting our diverse teams across various functions.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted HR partner for Sales, Administrative Services, and IT Development.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a professional candidate and onboarding experience.
- Drive the annual HR cycle, including goals, performance, and development coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Bulgarian Labour Code, social insurance rules, HSE, and GDPR.
- Support employee relations, issue resolution, and engagement activities.
- Oversee essential HR operations, contracts, HR data accuracy, and payroll interfaces.
- Contribute to regional HR projects and ensure alignment with global HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Several years of HRBP and/or Senior HR Generalist experience in an international environment.
- Experience supporting multiple functions (Sales, IT, Admin; Production experience is an advantage).
- Strong background in recruitment and annual HR cycles.
- Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian Labor and Social Insurance legislation.
- Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
- Hands-on, structured, and proactive working style.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent MS Office skills; SAP / SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a multinational company.
- Knowledge of additional HR software tools.
- Certification in HR management.
