Senior HR Business Partner - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at B. Braun, a global leader in healthcare solutions. This Senior HR Business Partner remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of improving health worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and supporting our diverse teams across various functions.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted HR partner for Sales, Administrative Services, and IT Development.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a professional candidate and onboarding experience.
• Drive the annual HR cycle, including goals, performance, and development coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Bulgarian Labour Code, social insurance rules, HSE, and GDPR.
• Support employee relations, issue resolution, and engagement activities.
• Oversee essential HR operations, contracts, HR data accuracy, and payroll interfaces.
• Contribute to regional HR projects and ensure alignment with global HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
• Several years of HRBP and/or Senior HR Generalist experience in an international environment.
• Experience supporting multiple functions (Sales, IT, Admin; Production experience is an advantage).
• Strong background in recruitment and annual HR cycles.
• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian Labor and Social Insurance legislation.
• Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
• Hands-on, structured, and proactive working style.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent MS Office skills; SAP / SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
