Senior Healthcare Consultant - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Consultant to join our dynamic team at Divurgent. This Senior Healthcare Consultant remote position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team while making a significant impact in the healthcare consulting space. You will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding existing contracts, all while maintaining our core values and culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead new business development efforts and expand existing contracts within your assigned territory.
- Achieve or exceed defined sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis, targeting a minimum quota of $2.5M.
- Focus 80% of your time on acquiring new clients while dedicating 20% to nurturing existing relationships.
- Attend client-facing events, including networking dinners and industry conventions, to build relationships and promote Divurgent services.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for effective pipeline management and tracking.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain a professional presence and represent Divurgent with integrity and excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope engagements and develop proposals for consulting services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT sales or consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to travel to client sites and events as needed.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to be part of a collaborative team.
