What You'll Do

  • Design and implement growth strategies that leverage web analytics and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with product management to align engineering efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate growth hypotheses.
  • Integrate data from various sources to enhance product features and user engagement.
  • Advocate for best practices in UI/UX and growth engineering within the team.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Growth Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Experience with A/B testing and web analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with GO and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in developer advocacy or technical content creation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and related technologies.
