About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. This Senior Fullstack Engineer remote position offers the chance to work with a global team, contributing to the growth of our digital experience analytics platform. You will be instrumental in building user-facing products from the ground up, utilizing your strong foundations in both frontend and backend development.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate in an agile cross-functional team to launch new products, features, and experiments.
  • Engage in product discovery and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Ship and iterate onboarding, activation, and monetization experiences that create fast, repeatable value.
  • Utilize AI coding assistants to enhance engineering velocity and streamline workflows.
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to optimize user conversions and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with a strong focus on modern frontend development using React or similar frameworks.
  • Proficient in backend technologies, particularly Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and user experience optimization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with colleagues across EMEA.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Python and frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis.
