• Implement security best practices in all development processes to ensure robust and secure applications.
• Collaborate with a small, close-knit team to deliver maintainable and performant solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide consultative solutions.
• Take ownership of your work, ensuring high standards of quality and performance optimization.
• Utilize Git for version control and bash scripting for deployment processes.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
• Experience with Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix.
• Comfortable with Git version control and bash scripting.
• Security-first mindset and commitment to web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments in ambiguous situations.
• Professional communication skills for client interactions.
• A proactive and consultative approach to identifying and solving problems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloudflare and Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques.
