Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Remote Position at TRM Labs

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join TRM Labs, a leader in blockchain analytics and AI solutions. In this remote position, you will help build a safer world by developing software that aids law enforcement, financial institutions, and cryptocurrency businesses in detecting and disrupting crypto-related fraud and financial crime. As a key member of our Full-Stack Product Engineering team, you will create reliable and scalable software solutions that directly impact our customers and the broader community.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services that are integral to our product suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform functional visions into actionable roadmaps with clear outcomes.
• Develop and maintain public APIs that enhance our API Product suite.
• Support internal business units through shared engineering services and functionalities.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to understand and empower the mission of various teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and building scalable systems and web applications.
• Strong understanding of storage systems, particularly relational databases like Postgres.
• Ability to bridge customer pain points with technical and product requirements.
• High initiative and ownership, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Node.js is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
