Global Account Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Global Account Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in turning global relationships into growth, helping us deliver on our purpose of Bringing People Closer. As a Global Account Manager, you will own selected global accounts, build trusted relationships at all levels, and identify new business opportunities. You will coordinate with regional sales and support teams to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize global account management skills to execute sales plans, capturing customer category share and ensuring long-term relationships that deliver recurring revenue.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to support Jabra's go-to-market strategy, programs, and offerings.
- Effectively utilize the solution sales process and CRM to build and manage a customer opportunity pipeline to meet sales objectives.
- Create and maintain a monthly overview of the biggest opportunities, projects won, and topics within GA customers in EMEA & CALA.
- Develop and execute account sales plans to capture market share, meeting regional and global revenue goals, gross margin targets, and other key metrics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in Global or International Sales or Business Development for Enterprise Accounts.
- Proven track record as a Sales/Business Development professional with a strong “Hunter-mentality” and sales excellence in Account Management.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and gain buy-in across all cultures, whether in person or via a screen.
- Experience in communicating with C-level customers and working in an international sales environment.
- Proficient in using CRM and Microsoft Office applications to manage sales territories and meet management reporting responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to balance stakeholders effectively.
- Self-directed and self-motivated professional with effective time management skills.
- Enjoy traveling, as this is a substantial part of the role.
