Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our innovative team at Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS). This Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to national security efforts while working from the comfort of your home. You will be part of a dedicated team that ensures the security of the United States and its allies through high-hazard experimentation and incident response capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Write program code based on internal specifications and prepare test plans to ensure quality and functionality.
• Assist in the administration of both Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and in-house developed applications.
• Collect and process large datasets, developing data models and algorithms to analyze trends and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic initiatives.
• Identify and remediate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities in applications.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced staff and lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and maintain strict confidentiality in all operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer remote or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET, Blazor, MVC, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and database management with MSSQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and test applications effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI/ML automation systems and secure application development practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing and developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and LLMs for data retrieval.
