Senior Full Stack Developer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at HYR Global Source Inc. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with talented professionals. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and build scalable backend services with NodeJS.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS.
• Design, implement, and optimize GraphQL APIs including schemas, resolvers, queries, and mutations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into reusable components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, including hooks, context, and state management.
• Strong backend experience with NodeJS (Express, NestJS, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL (Apollo, Relay, schema design).
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mentoring junior developers.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
