Legal & Compliance Internship - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to offer a Legal & Compliance Internship with De Nora, a leading Italian multinational company. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work remotely while supporting our Group Legal & Compliance teams. You will engage in essential tasks that contribute to our commitment to compliance and ethical standards.

What You'll Do

• Perform screening and due diligence activities on third parties, including suppliers, agents, and customers.
• Develop and implement Compliance Programs focusing on Anti-Corruption, Trade Compliance, and Privacy.
• Organize and implement Ethics & Compliance training programs for staff.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for management to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Review contracts, including NDAs, test agreements, lease agreements, and sales or supply agreements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about legal and compliance matters.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in a legal or compliance role.
• Knowledge of Italian and EU regulations.
