What You'll Do

• Choose tools, propose architecture, and create new features — not just build to spec.
• Implement software for static and near real-time observability.
• Engage in clean thinking, fast iteration, and meaningful output.
• Build monitoring and AI solutions at enormous scale.
• Work on diverse and challenging tasks that push the boundaries of technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, particularly with React and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of databases and data processing.
• Experience with AI agents, prompt pipelines, or retrieval systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring systems like Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics.
• Basic proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.

Nice to Have

• Experience with anomaly detection algorithms on static and streaming data.
• General understanding of event streaming and online algorithms.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
