Senior Full Stack C++ Software Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack C++ Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to exciting projects in the AI and software development space. As a key member of our engineering team, you will review production-grade code and evaluate AI outputs across various programming languages including JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, and C++. Your expertise will help set engineering standards and ensure high-quality code delivery.

What You'll Do

• Conduct code quality assessments, reviewing AI-generated full stack code for production readiness.
• Evaluate maintainability, scalability, and adherence to real-world engineering standards.
• Rank solutions across multiple programming languages, ensuring the best practices are followed.
• Create and document technical training content, including software engineering best practices.
• Analyze code quality across full stack development scenarios and evaluate Git workflows.
• Generate training data to enhance advanced coding AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in at least 2 of the following languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, C++.
• Experience in building and shipping production software.
• Strong knowledge of Git, including branching and merging strategies.
• Excellent technical communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with backend engineering and server-side scaling.
• Familiarity with TDD using frameworks like PyTest, JUnit, or Mocha.
• Experience in technical specification and API contract authoring.
• Proven ability in code review, complex debugging, and large codebase analysis.
• Startup founding or early employee experience.
