About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Field Support Technician - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or field service role.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and DevSecOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and SaaS applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical documentation skills are a must.
  • Experience in customer support and service-oriented environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile surveillance and vehicle electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical skills.
  • Project management certification.
