Senior ERP Deployment Manager - Retail Sector

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ERP Deployment Manager to join Hermès in leading our retail transformation initiatives. This remote position allows you to play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our Maison, working closely with international teams to implement innovative ERP solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the deployment of ERP systems across various countries, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define and manage deployment schedules, ensuring timely execution of project phases.
• Establish performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to track project progress.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication among project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
• Organize and lead FIT & GAP workshops with subsidiaries to tailor solutions to local needs.
• Oversee project phases including design, development, and testing, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Manage technical and functional testing phases, ensuring all environments are ready for deployment.
• Support local teams during the production rollout and provide training on IT systems.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in ERP deployment, preferably in an international retail context.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex information effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
