Senior Enterprise Architect - Remote Position

About the Role

GetResponse is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join their IT team remotely from Poland. This Senior Enterprise Architect role offers the opportunity to shape innovative products while collaborating with a vibrant and supportive team. What You'll Do

• Design and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Lead architectural discussions and provide guidance on best practices.
• Mentor junior architects and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Fluent communication in English and Polish.
• Experience in leading architectural initiatives in a remote work environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data governance and security practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
