Senior Cybersecurity Manager - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to join our dynamic team at PwC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead cybersecurity initiatives and help our clients implement effective cybersecurity programs that protect against threats and drive growth. As a Senior Cybersecurity Manager, you will work remotely, allowing you to collaborate with teams across the globe while making a significant impact in the cybersecurity landscape.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and policies to enhance clients' security posture.
• Oversee the Security Operation Center (SOC) operations and ensure effective incident response.
• Contribute to the development of training programs to enhance cybersecurity awareness among clients.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to provide informed recommendations.
• Drive initiatives that promote collaboration between technology and people to achieve superior results.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on management roles.
• Proven experience in leading cybersecurity teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with cross-border teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and provide clear guidance to teams.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and other relevant technologies is a plus.
• Certification in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, etc.) is preferred.
