DevOps Engineer - Remote Opportunity with Visa Sponsorship

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bright Vision Technologies. This DevOps Engineer remote position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking H-1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, ensuring that our development and operations teams work seamlessly together. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and containerization, with the ability to optimize our deployment processes and improve system reliability.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software deployment workflows.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline deployment, scaling, and management of applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure and deployment practices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and policies.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments.
• Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging DevOps tools and industry best practices to continually improve our infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash or Shell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (OPT / CPT / H4 EAD / TN / E3 or other Non-Immigrant visas), with willingness to pursue H-1B sponsorship for 2027.
